Shae Crowley Personal Philosophy Statement My personal philosophies regarding my personal and professional lives are something that I hold near and dear to my heart; they represent who I am as a person. These beliefs and values have guided me through both my personal and professional life and I do not think I would be where I am today without them.

The first personal value I have, which is also the most important to me, is respect. Respect is hard to earn and easy to lose, and I truly believe that the only way to earn respect is to give it.
